All Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before it ends without any payment.

Our Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with AIMetrical Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (after the trial ends).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

Include your account email address
Let us know the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

First-time subscribers within 14 days of first payment
Technical issues that prevent normal use of the Service
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Subscription charged after cancellation request

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Requests made more than 14 days after payment
Repeated refund requests (more than one refund per user)
Violation of our Terms of Service
Change of mind after the 14-day period

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

During free trial: Cancel anytime, no charge
After trial: Cancel anytime, keep access until the end of your billing period
How to cancel: Through your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, but you'll retain access to Pro features until your current billing period ends.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first at contact@aimetrical.com. We're happy to resolve issues directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
